Wildlife Fund launches eco-guide
London, 03 Dec-(ANA)-An international eco-guide on how to lead a low carbon lifestyle has been launched in the UK.
The Conservation group, the World Wildlife Fund, has produced ten top tips in a booklet on how to reduce carbon footprints and save money.
The WWF pocket guide to a “One Planet Lifestyle” contains tips on how to be more environmentally friendly in the home, the workplace and when planning a holiday.
It contains essential information on how we can reduce the ecological footprint of our homes, eating habits and methods of travel.
These are coupled with internet links to help people measure carbon footprints and reduce CO2 emissions.
The booklets publication follows the recent launch by WWF of their “Living Plant Report” which warned that humanity was heading towards an ecological credit crunch.
It revealed that we currently use thirty percent more resources than the planets ecosystems can naturally replenish. (ANA)
